At WilloSend, we understand that as a creator, your audience and your data are your most valuable assets. This Privacy Policy outlines exactly how we collect, use, and protect the information you share with us when using our Instagram DM automation platform.
1. Information We Collect
When you sign up for WilloSend, we collect basic account information including your name, email address, and billing details. Because we use official Instagram API, we also request secure authentication to access your Instagram professional account. We do not have access to your Instagram password. We only collect the specific data points required to facilitate comment replies and direct messages, such as public comment data and Instagram handles of users interacting with your configured posts.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly to provide and improve the WilloSend service. We use it to:
- Authenticate your account with Meta and execute your requested automations.
- Send transactional emails regarding your account limits, billing, or critical updates.
We do not use your audience's data for any purpose other than executing the specific automations you have configured. We do not sell, rent, or lease your subscriber lists or contact data to third parties.
3. Data Security & Storage
All data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and the Meta API is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. We store your account configuration and automation logs in secure, SOC2-compliant data centers. We regularly rotate access keys and employ strict internal access controls so that your audience data remains strictly confidential.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Once your information is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
5. Your Rights
You maintain full ownership of your data. You may request an export of your automation history or request the complete deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account deletion, we immediately revoke our own access to your Meta account and purge your configuration from our databases.
