These terms cover your use of willosend.com and the waitlist. Using the WilloSend product is covered by its own terms, shown when you sign up.

## The website and waitlist

-   Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't guarantee access, a launch date or any pricing mentioned on this site.
-   Plans, features and prices shown on this site may change.
-   You may unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time.

## Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or submit other people's email addresses without their consent. The free checker may be rate-limited.

## The free email checker

The checker looks up public DNS records and gives general guidance. Results are provided as is, without any guarantee about deliverability or inbox placement.

## Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and tools are provided “as is” and WilloSend is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.
